Search the board for minimizing to the systray.
Black Sun Researc Facility has a good tutorial (IMHO) on minimizing to the system tray using the WinAPI if you haven't already figured it out. Black Sun Research Facility WinAPI Tuts
The API routine you need to research is Shell_NotifyIcon().
If I get my tut on that subject ready in the next few days, I'll let you know. It is easy in concept, but there are a few little gotcha's to be aware of!
