header file

This is a discussion on header file within the Windows Programming forums, part of the Platform Specific Boards category; I have a header file which contains the following #define IDR_MYMENU 101 #define IDI_MYICON 201 #define ID_FILE_EXIT 9001 #define ID_STUFF_GO ...

    header file

    I have a header file which contains the following

    #define IDR_MYMENU 101
    #define IDI_MYICON 201

    #define ID_FILE_EXIT 9001
    #define ID_STUFF_GO 9002

    However when i compile the program I get the error :
    unexpected end of file found.

    I have saved the header file into the header files folder,
    do I need to place it somewhere else as well?

    I am using M$ VC++ 6
    any suggestions would be welcome
    thanks
