at the bottom it has "UNICODE Conversions in Visual C++ ". I havn't actually looked at the tutorial, mind you, because I can't be bothered to register (its free though).
If that tutorial doesn't wet your whistle, just look up Unicode. I think there is another system similar to Unicode as well, but I can't remember what its called.
