    spy++ simulation

    is there any simple way to do what Spy++ does, listing threads, processes, messages, windows, etc? i ask because i want to make a program which tracks a users computer activities, as a security measure. i suspect this is a tough one, but i'd appreciate any ideas at all.

    look up Windows Hooks, search this board its been talked about before (not specifically but hooks have and thats what it looks like you need)
