Windows classes (atleast that is what I think they are)

I'm using Borland so I've knever learnt about those windows "things" you else would need to know before one could be able to make a windows app. Simply because I didn't had to . But since it seems like anyone else then me know of these on this forum I would like to know following:
what is WINSOCK, HINSTANCE, HWND, LRESULT, CALLBACK, UINT and so on... In short: If anyone know a site with the these listed and explained that would be nice.
Well english isn't my first language, (it's instead a useless language called danish which only 5 milion people speak!!) so if you think my grammar SUCKS (it does by the way) than you're more then welcome to correct me.
Hell I might even learn something

    www.winprog.org

    www.sunlightd.com

    Hmm...doubt it?

Those sites are good, but if you want to get into windows programming, MSDN & the platform SDK docs are the best resources you could ask for IMO
