I am gradually moving from Visual Basic for Windows to Visual C++ for Windows, but I need a solid place to refresh my memory on programming Windows with Visual C++. Does anyone know of a good tutorial (or set of tutorials) online that could teach me Visual C++ for Windows (Assuming that I have no prior experience)?
