winsock for C (they told me to post it here)

ive searched google and still can't find a 'simple' C winsock programing tutorial. i found one but it still wansnt as 'beginner ' as i need. please if you know of a good tutorial or website ., or it you could explain simple client/server winsock programming with C. thanks.

That is not a very good tutorial. I always managed to find that one in all my searches for tut's when I was looking for winsock stuff. This one is the best i've ever found. Although the authors programming style is a little questionable it isn't a bad tutorial.
