    Rich Edit

    I'm having problems using Rich Edits, I want to set a Rich Edit with some text but SetDlgItemText does'nt seem to work so how am I supposed to do it? Thank you.

    Are you putting the RichEdit in a dialog box? If not, then use the SetWindowText() function. For example, if you didn't assign a HWND to the control but assigned an (HMENU) id, you would do this:

    SetWindowText(GetDlgItem(hwnd, id), "Some Text");
