cbitmapbutton

I am using code blocks with Mingw and the problem is there is no afxext.h when i download it it says it has about 20 errors and needs two more headers when i got those it needed more headers and showed more errors

so where can i get all the needed headers and can anyone give me a good and simple example of cbitmapbutton that does something like display a message box when you press the button

They're in the pay-for versions of Visual Studio, being MFC and all. Download the vs2008 pro trial or the WDK to get them for free, though I'd doubt they'd integrate seamlessly with the mingw versions of the Windows headers.
