    Question about %directories%

I know one can access AppData by using %AppData% located at:
    C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Application Data

But I was looking for a dynamic directory to:
    C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings

    or to:
    C:\Documents and Settings\user\

    Either one would work.

    Thanks for your help.

    Never use environment variables.
    and if you have
    C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Application Data
    you have
    C:\Documents and Settings\user (!!!)
