Second monitor

My application launch an external .exe program. Is there any way I can send that application to second monitor? how?

Isn't that something for the user to decide, if that is what they want?

Besides, most(?) applications seem to remember the last state they were in, so if it was exited when it was on the second monitor, then that is where it will start the next time around.

You have to use the virtual screen coordinates.
