| You can download DJGPP. There are, I believe, more then one IDE to go with it, Rhide is a common one. There is a link to the download site from the "Compilers" section in the FAQ. There are other as well. http://www.cprogramming.com/boardfaq...linkscompilers The learning edition of MS VC++ comes with some books. Deitel and Deitel for example.
