My program is confused...

ok...I wrote a chat-bot for Starcraft (i know, starcraft is old but I don't care) and I keep getting these weird errors that you usually get when you don't include the right libraries and include files. I have all of the libraries (that I know of) for winsock which is what the problem is (I think). Here is the code (its for MSVC++).
