    Windows taskmanager got hosed

Well, not my taskmanager, but one of my friends. Appearently she pushed a button or a combination of buttons, and it dissapeared (although not entirely, as you can see in the shot). Is that even possible? Any way to fix it?

Double-click on the frame, but not on any of the controls.

Assuming this is your own computer (and not some work machine with some policy in place), then I'd say it's probably some malware which is trying to hide some of the more common tools which might reveal it's presence.
If you dance barefoot on the broken glass of undefined behaviour, you've got to expect the occasional cut.
If at first you don't succeed, try writing your phone number on the exam paper.

I agree with Salem; taking a look at your process list, it definately looks like you could have some malware on your system, or at the very least, a serious need to clean out your start-up list. I suggest using services.msc + msconfig + regedit (run keys) to manually zap malware, or for a more comprehensive, consolidated solution, try HiJack This.
