Unhappy I can't add or create resource files in Visual C++ 2005 express

How can I enable in Visual Studio 2005 C++ express, the dialog editor and the other resources?

Moved to Tech - this is more a tools configuration question.

    ***

Visual C++ Express doesn't come equipped with the gui resource editor of the other msvs editions. You can still edit resource scripts as plain text files(see Resource definition statements for scripting details) within the express ide or use another gui resource to generate the resource scripts.

To enable the ide to edit the scripts, right click on the *.rc file within the express 'solution explorer', select 'open with..', select 'source code (text) editor' from the list and make it default.
