A friend has been trying to find a program that will import video...quicktime(.mov),mpeg's. Then export as gifs.....does anyone know of a program...

virtualdub can export video as a sequence of bitmaps
acdsee can convert a sequence of images to another format
Is that acdsee pro???
I'm using AcdSee 32 ver 2.4
