Has anyone tried Ultimate++ or WideStudio IDE's?

If anyone have some experience using Ultimate++ ( http://upp.sourceforge.net/index.html ) or WideStudio ( www.widestudio.org ), could please say if they are good.

I just found them on google.
    Also found this article: http://www.codeproject.com/useritems/IntroUpp.asp
It looks like they are quite complete and mature, but I haven't heard much of them.
Is anyone using one of them?

They both look free. Why not try them out yourself?

I just wanted to read some opinions before downloading the big packages.

Fair enough, though first hand experience is far superior to opinions. A good example would be the emacs vs. vi debate...
