    Monitors Supporting Multiple Inputs

I did a quick google search and didn't yield very good results, so I guess I'll ask you guys what you know about it. Have you seen any monitor or adapters for monitors so that they can accept multiple video inputs/signals. That is, similar to a television has a TV/Video button that can switch between components. I know I could buy a TV and several adapters and hook up as many computers as I want to it, but does anyone know some PC monitors designed as PC monitors that support the same functionality?

The one I want to buy soon
The programmer’s wife tells him: “Run to the store and pick up a loaf of bread. If they have eggs, get a dozen.”
The programmer comes home with 12 loaves of bread.

I've seen special switches that you can use to hook up multiple computers to one keyboard & mouse + monitor....
