| Does this occur for all websites or just certain ones? A URL won't change if the page has frames, perhaps the page you're browsing contains hidden frames? Otherwise, nope, no ideas.

| Yeah, it occurs for all websites. It may be some extension I've installed, so I'll have to check that out. I don't think it happened before I went on an extension spree, so... yeah...

| No, it works correctly in safe mode. Discovered the problem. It was the FasterFox extension.
