| Port 21 is for FTP AFAIK, I don't think you can change where the HTTP transfers are sent. however, if you want, you could set up a script to listen on port x and send all the data it recieves to port y, then try and make firefox listen on port y (not even sure if this is possible). Its called port forwarding.
