Intel x86 instruction set + bytes

I'm having a fiddle writing a compiler and I was wondering if anybody knows of a full listing along with each instructions byte codes, to save me getting it from MSVC's debugger.

Something like this output you get from MSVC:

    Code:
    82: __asm mov eax, ebx
    004128AE 8B C3 mov eax,ebx
Had a look through the sites google turned up but none of them listed the code bytes.

If you dance barefoot on the broken glass of undefined behaviour, you've got to expect the occasional cut.
If at first you don't succeed, try writing your phone number on the exam paper.

    7. It is easier to write an incorrect program than understand a correct one.
    40. There are two ways to write error-free programs; only the third one works.*
