    disable windows shortcut keys

Hello guys, I need to know how can I disable some windows shortcut keys such as WinKey+U? Is there any way to turn this off or disable it?
    Thanks

It's amazing how people still don't understand the simplicity of a search engine:
    http://www.google.com/search?client=...utf-8&oe=utf-8

EDIT: That will disable all usage of the windows key... I'm 99% sure you can't just disable one combination unless you have a keylogger running in the background.

I've searched over the Internet and tried a couple of solutions, from writing regini scripts to using freeware applications but that didn't worked or only win key was disabled (popping up start menu) but combinations such as winkey+U worked...!?! I use wi XP professional...
