Limiting Connection Speed

I have a D-Link DI-524 Router.. and i am trying to limit the speed for one of the computer hooked to it.. is there a way to do that?

Have you consulted the manual? Contacted D-Link about it? I don't understand questions like this and why people find the need to ask them here when there are far more qualified people to answer them.

http://support.dlink.com/ would be a good start.

I doubt that router has this function, you might have to setup a computer as a router and use specific software to accomplish this.
