    Spyware

    Hi guys,
Do you know where I can find recent (updated) list of software that includes some form of spyware? I know about Kaaza and some others but like to know if I can check somehow if a program I want to install a spyware or not.
Also I found online test for spyware ont this location:
    http://www.spywareguide.com/txt_onlinescan.html
but I'm a little suspicious about that. I don't know if it is safe or not ( I'm a little paranoic) If you have some information about this, please share with me.

    Thanks

    - Micko

A list? i never knew such things existed, your best bet would probably be to just google it and add the word "spyware" or something

Well, about a year ago I had a link to online base of reported software that has spyware. There was an option to check if some software is sypware by entering it name. I cannot remeber that address anymore and hope some of you know...

Spybot S&D gives you a description of 99% of software that it picks up as spyware, and I've found it to be very trustworthy.

    Thanks ober.
Guys it seems I'm in a big trouble. I found procces crss.exe in active procces list and i can't remove it. I've read instructions on symantec.com on how to remove it, but no succes, those registry keys simple don't exists in my registry. When I try to remove it form process list I get message that it is a system process.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
