Have anyone tried this software. I am interesting in that beacuse a havent found anywhere drivers for my modem in Linux. Look's all around also pages with Linux support for WinModem ...
Is it trueth that with this program I actualy can make my drivers for my modem for Linux from Windows in 5minutes without any knowlege.
you might as well try it, it seems like it has possibilities, just make sure you set up gcc before you try to use it.
a modem is a modem is a modem. - unless its a wintel modem - If its on the same architecture theoretically there should not be any problems using it. I'm assuming your using x86 architecture, in which case if this software has done the job try it out. instead of you having to try to figure it out for yourself.
a modem is not a modem most of the time because most modems have no brains in them, the OS is responsible for controlling them. Therefore drivers can differ VERY much from modem to modem.
