    Tutorials in flash

Just last night I read all of the lessons in Flash MX, but when I click on the tutorial button it takes me to programfiles.com. I don't see any tutorials there. Last night it took me to the right place, but I had to read the lessons first. Any idea where this tutorial is or do you have a good one I should probably read?
    My computer is awesome.

I made a stick figure. I just want to make it move which I sort of know how to do. I know how to make him move, but when I try to move his body parts the same time he is moving horizontally and I try to put a motion tween there it just shows a dashed line in the timeline. Do I need to do it frame by frame or what?
