    Turbo Assembler

Hello. I believe until recently, a free version of Turbo Assembler was available on the Borland website. Now it seems to have become a paid software. Any idea where I can obtain an old version of Turbo Assembler for free? It doesn't matter how old, as I need it for educational purposes only.

The assembler was never free (to my knowledge). There was talk of making it open source a while back, but I dont know if that happened.

You can get free versions of MASM and NASM on the web, and these now seem to have a higher following than TASM anyway.
