    Question making an OS

I understand that it is very difficult, but I would like to have some information on how to make an operating system. I don't know where to start though. If anyone has any information, I will really appreciate it.

If you dance barefoot on the broken glass of undefined behaviour, you've got to expect the occasional cut.
If at first you don't succeed, try writing your phone number on the exam paper.
I support http://www.ukip.org/ as the first necessary step to a free Europe.

first get a general book on OS design...you need to understand what you're dealing with first and what you would be diving into. The sheer size of the project is scarry for a single person. I suggest this book
