hp iPAQ 6300 && C compiler || C# compiler

I have the following toy hp iPAQ 6300.
i'm looking for pocket pc compilers for c# and c.

i found the following compilers, and wanted to know if anyone knows anything about them.

from what i have read, they originated from a programmer from russia.

i'm a little hesitent to place these on my pocketpc, due to it cost a lot of money for this little gadget, and i do not want to mess it up.

it is an hp iPAQ h6315 to be exact on the modle
i'm assuming from the massive amount of responses noone either has an iPAQ6300 or any experience with the compilers in question.
if this is the case, can I ask the help of some of you programming gurus? If I can acquire the source code of these compilers, would you help me go through it to see if it has any questionable code embedded in it? i would post it as text in a thread and as an attachement. Any takers to help??

I don't know about compilers that actually sit on the device itself. The only one I've used/know about sits on a PC and everything is transferred to the PPC via cradle or wirelessly in the form of a setup or the actual runtime files.

And MS offers a free compiler called eMbedded Tools. I'd give you a link, but the site appears to be fscked at the moment.
