    What does this have to do with projects?

    If you have Acrobat installed it has a pdf distiller that acts like a printer. So arrange your data in your app however you want (maybe using the GDI APIs) and send it to that printer. You can also lookup some SDKs that will allow you to construct a pfd. You need to do a google search to find more data
