    PC Fax software

    Does anyone know of free software where I don't have to sign up for some monthly service or some crap like that? I want to fax over IP to a phone number, and no, I don't have a fax modem. I want to do this through my cable modem.

    I've been looking for a while now but can't come up with anything.
