    Familar with Outlook Express?

    I'm trying to find where outlook express stores the compressed e-mail message files on your hard drive under Windows XP. I did this before for my g/f's dad. I had her send me the file over the net and I "plugged it in" to my outlook express so I could view his e-mails because his outlook was opening then closing right away(long time ago, we figured it out).

    Well, I'm redoing my parents PC and trying to backup all their e-mail stuff with outlook. I have the compressed address book file saved, and I told their ISPs e-mail server that I was them with outlook express so their e-mails that they haven't been able to receive due to PC problems would download to my outlook so I could save them.

    I want to get the compressed files that outlook creates to save e-mails that you want to keep off from their hard drive so I can back up the e-mails that would normally just be laying around cluttering their outlook express while their using their computer.

    Their drive is in my pc so I'm searching through their hard drive with my computer.

    I forgot where outlook stores this file though. It's under documents and settings somewhere I thought.

    Found it.

    Documents and Settings->Default->Local Settings->Application Data->Identities->big long number->Microsoft->Outlook Express
