I have searched many times to try to find a site that would explain exactly what FILES AND BUFFERS commands are used for in the config.sys file, but couldn't find anything to explain them. the most i found was explinations liek "sets the number of files"............................................ .that doesn't help much in understanding. Can someone please explain these two or one of them as you would to a beginner? thanks
