    Firewall and Outlook Express

    Hi all,
    i recently installed a D-Link 604 (4port router + firewall) to add some extra protection to my home network. everything works fine except for my e-mail. what should i check for ? i know this is a very general question and there probly a million things that could go wrong, but what whould you gys suspect first.

    I'd check the firewall settings. Type the ip address of your router into the address bar of your browser. Log in and check the settings.

    What are your mail servers? Can you ping them?
