    a lot of schools still have loads of computers running win9x...including mine.
    We don't all have money to go out and buy licenses for the newest OS.

    ^ actually, I am in college... and they're running Win2002Pro, I should have clarified... this is in some some vocational (HS level) place that has really old computers and recycles floppies... I think they have 98...
