    Question Windows Longhorn beta?

I found Windows Longhorn beta version at a CD-Rom shop. Should I install it ? Is there anyone who've already tried?

How does it work? Does it act as a complete OS? Or does it create a fullscreen window that simulates Longhorn? Or what?

It's complete installation CD just like other Windows. I want to know is if I install that, what benefits can I get? Can I face uncompatiblity problem?

nope, it's an OS, not something that opens in a window, it's far from being complete as I heard, M$ delayed the release to 2006.

I wonder if you'll be able to run current software at all, it's a very early release after all, so don't expect it to replace current Windows systems right now.

LongHorn is just the codename. Its named after a bar or somthing up in Whistler, BC, Canada (a ski area).
