Well I went and installed Debian on my other computer so now I'm stradelling the line between the dark side and the light side, microsoft and linux (take it how you wish).
This is my first linux machine so I'm still learning the ropes and getting reaquinted with command line interface.
I have the package setup on the linux box to accept SSH connections but what *free* software do I need to get from my windows machine to make the connection. While I've seen a lot of programs doing a google search I'd like to know what you all think is a good one.
putty is definatley the way to go. Ive tried a few ssh clients and i prefer PuTTY. It also supports X-forwarding if you need such a utility. You just need to install a windows x-server.
