Setup all your software to use a proxy? If its deciding based on outbound port, you could get somebody on the outside (networks get more and more like jail every day dont they?) to help you out by running a proxy or a port tunnel on some unprotected/unfiltered port generally way above 30000. This is assuming you know what i just saidI suppose if you wanted to get really powerful you could use a VPN and assume all local network hardware was hostile and controled by an attacker.
