msn adresses on XP

As im leaving soon to nigeria i want to have a paper where all my email adresses of my friends are on. I figured that if i have to write them down manually that ill take me forever and the chance on an error is relatively big.

I know that in the registry you can lookup all the adresses somewhere, but i dont know where.

Im using XP.

feel like a dumb-ass:theres this frigging option in this new version of msn wich let you export all the adresses....

And i wanted to delete this thread to hide this shamefull thread for all of you but apparently thats not possible.
