    What are x files? I keep reading articles that mention them..

    x files. I think they have something to do with 3D graphics.


    I made all of the scenes with 3DS 5. Md2 and md3 models were
    taken from polycount.com for the monsters and characters. I then
    built skeletons and animations for each character using Milkshape
    before they were converted to x files and optimized with
    PolyTrans by Okino

    i think 3d studio max can play with x's too.

    3ds is a animation program, great effects but tricky to learn. you have to dowload something like version 3, the high ones never work.
