Problem with MS works spreadsheet
I have more problems with windoze. Yes, I know, I'm saving my money for a better computer. The deal is that I am working in Micro$oft (doesnt)works spreadsheet. It is always wanting to auto complete or auto fillin fields, like when I put in "+2pwr;+2for", it automaticaly adds in some wierd numbers and letters, insisting that the pwr is an incomplete formula. I have spent hours trying to turn off all autocompleting options, as has my dad, with no results. Of course, since we are stupid people who can not put in what we want, there always has to be some hidden thing to "help."
Anyone run into solutions for this, or do I have to change the way I stor my data?
here is the exact error message:
"The formula is not typed correctly.
The order of the arguments is not correct, or the seperators may not match the setting for Windows. Click ok to have works highlight the problem, and then type the formula again."
I want a button that says, "Ignore setting and continue the way you say."
