I want to build up a PC-Ossiloscope. Have I need any ADC ???
Or have you any ckt diag. for the digital volt/multimeter ???

We all are the components of a huge program...... the programmer is always debugging us with His debugger.
Why is there none who knows interfacing with motherboard and know C/C++ or Assembly to code that ???

Well, if you want to display an analog waveform on an essentially digital device, then yes, you will need an ADC somewhere. You can buy ADC cards and control software which will enable you to couple up an analog probe directly to your computer.
If you want to build the thing yourself, then you will need an ADC then some way of delivering the output to one of the systems ports, the parallel port is probably the easiest to build since you won't need a shift register/SIO system.
