    nitrogen is safe when its used in the right way.
    its like a gun: a gun is safe unless u pull the trigga when pointed out to someone
    nitrogen is safe when you have crazy ass ventilation that you wont find in your house... the right way to use liquid nitrogen is in a warehouse enviroment not at your house...

    It means that i believe, that he believes, that hes using nitrogen. As in if he thinks hes usuing it, i can except that. Hope thats a lil more clear, in the US its a common expression.
