    Cant understand..

I can't understand what you mean.
    Your computer won't work?

Did you check if the memory (RAM) is well colocated?

not on every mobo its not. Its not on my p3 board, its actually 5 quick beeps. MOST boards follow that, but its not a 100% thing. Check the specs on this particular mobo and you'll know exactly what the problem is.

Recent board, and ive seen p3 with this, use these signals.
If you still think its the videocard how about replacing it?

i think he said he had, i forget. All he needs to do is check the writeups on it and match the error code, imo.

k ive got a new video card inserted it on the same isa slot yeah i know isa <<sigh>>
anyhow it wont work so i replaced the videocard in a new slot no change i checked if all the isa slots work with some kindof card that controls the harddisk and on startup u can hear the drive beginning to spin so all the isa slots are working
the ram is seated properly, ive changed the battery of the mobo
is there any part of a mobo that can go down for some reason .....
and im still looking for a manual of the mobojust cantfind it
what do wokrs on this comp
    -floppy drive
    -hard drive
    -ram
-video card because its a new one
    -all the slots are working
    -cd-rom
-the keyboard leds allso light up on startup so thats okay

seriously this comp is doomed i guess last night it even tried to kill me by electrocuting me 4times (one small-one big-and then 2 small chox) anyhow im desperate

    DUH!...i mean ooh.....

He, Maybe that comp IS doomed, i've never liked working with
old dirty computers anyway, too slow, too ugly, too old, too
    incompatible, too messy.

In normal circumstances, the system BIOS and video BIOS are the only areas shadowed. This can in theory cause problems with some operating systems, though I have never personally encountered this. I have also heard rumors of video cards that don't function correctly when video BIOS shadowing is off, but I haven't encountered that myself either.
If you are running a VESA local bus system, you may experience system problems if your motherboard is being run at over the nominal 33 MHz system speed. This includes potential problems if you are using a VESA local bus video card in a VLB/PCI combination motherboard running over 40 MHz.
Some combination VLB/PCI motherboards have difficulties with using the VLB slot or slots that they include. In many cases the engineering on these motherboards is poor, and insufficient testing was done with both the PCI and VESA local buses running simultaneously. The best recommendation is to replace the VLB video card with a PCI one, which are quite inexpensive now.
i know its a long shot but that could be the reason BUT theres always a BUT so: ive alrdy removed the battery of the mobo so the bios settings would be default so normally this couldnt be the problem

and the vesa local bus hmm thats exactly what i have and yes its 66 mhz so over 33 or 40

think im gonna cry if thats the problem
