    Console PDF Viewer For Linux?

    Any one know of a good viewer of pdfs for the linux console. i dont want a x windows based one and id rather not play with conversions, any ideas?

    I don't think u can, Adobe just luanched a case against a Russian Software company for creating a PDF viewer/creator, they are protecting that technology pretty feircly.

    this is one of the many reasons why i wish documentation and ebooks were in html.....

    Some linux distributions come with pdf2text (or pdftotext) which will extract the text from a pdf. Then you could use any text viewer to look through it.
