Corrupt File.
Well browsing thruough the my computer properties I finaly found the automatic reboot on error option and disabled it allowing me to find out what my error screen said on my start up:
STOP: c0000218 {Registry File Failure}
The registry cannot load the hive (file)
\systemroot\system32\config\software
on it's log or alternate
It is corrupt absent or not writable.
So what I did was rename the software file to software2, and move another software file my E:\drive were I accidently, got windows xp on.
The problem is that all my program settings, are messed up. From the start menu, to my backround.
