new to java programming

hi i have decided to teach myself java but i was wondering if anyone knew why some words need capital letters like System.out.print . the 'system' needs to be 'System' or it wont work you know. Also if anyone knows where i could find which words need to have capital letters in them that would be very helpful, yours sincerely, David "the nice guy" .

It has to be capital because they said so.

But, I really just wanted to remind people who Mr. Nice Guy has been.

Because they were named like that, and the names are case sensitive.

There's a method in the madness: check the Java API and get used to its naming conventions.
