When i go File>Open with word 2007, the "Menubar" option in the "Organize>Layout" is disabled. But when i do the same with Windows explorer, that "Menubar" option is working. Anyone know the reason?

When i go File>Open with word 2007, the "Menubar" option in the "Organize>Layout" is disabled. But when i do the same with Windows explorer, that "Menubar" option is working. Anyone know the reason?

There is usually some "unlock bar" option you have to select as well, to stop accidental changes.
