Is UAT A Good School? Any Other Suggestions?

I only have 2 1/2 years of high school left, so I'm doing my research on where I want to go to college.

UAT (University of Advancing Technology) looks pretty good, so I was wondering if anyone has any experience with them or other suggestions.

Sorry if this isn't the right category to have put the thread in.

I learned that Full Sail, my previous #1 choice, doesn't have some type of accredation that other schools offer (it was referred to as a "trade school disguised as a university").

hey, I tried to get on to the webpage and it didn't load. A couple of things that I would consider when picking a school. #1, Are they ABET accredited. Comptuer science programs compared to engineering programs vary with accredidation but in my experience I would go with someone who is fully accredited. Also, compare their curriculum with top schools like Stanford, Carnagie Mellon etc. 3. Ensure they will teach you want you are particularly interested in learning. CS can be a broad field. If gaming is your thing, find one with a strong gaming center. If it is AI, find that. If you are unsure, find one with a broad program that allows enough electives to pursue an area later. hope this helps.

I got my CS degree from The College of New Jersey, not too far from you. I was pretty happy with it. Granted, that was around 15 years ago, but still you may want to check it out.
