Noise Simulation / Bit Error Rate Tests

I had a recently (2010) published paper on some techniques in "Noise Simulation" / "Bit Error Rate Tests" targeting a small handful of "Turbo Codes" in my links. I'm not talking about a similar paper published three or so years ago that came with some "Matlab" source. The on I'm talking about included a discussion on a few combinations that have worse than expected results in practice. (That was my interest.) I've lost that link and now I can't find the bloody thing anywhere. Does anyone have the paper I'm talking about?

For what it's worth, it isn't at the ACM. I had to renew just to find that out. ;_;
